Who are we?

ResRequest™ is a business management tool for boutique safari lodges and hotels. We are a Central Reservations and Property Management System, with integrated CRM and Financial Management functionality and excellent reporting.

We started ResRequest™ to meet a need from safari lodges, coastal resorts and boutique hotels. Establishments in remote areas needed business management software that would give them the tools they needed to run their properties, make sales, manage their guests and report on their business. An application that is accessible on the cloud but not solely dependent on an internet connection. And so ResRequest™ was born.

Then the need came for our clients to leverage their availability and give Agents access to their stock and rates, so we created ResConnect: a connection between our clients and their Tour Operators, Agents and OTAs.

After signing up with ResRequest an implementation manager meets with you for several workshops to analyse your business needs and setup the system according to your specific requirements.

Consulting is also available as an additional service if you would like help with making system changes in the future.

Support

We pride ourselves on offering quick and helpful support for your ResRequest functional and technical queries. When submitting a query, you will receive an email with a system generated ticket number. Our Support team will follow up with you directly thereafter.

Having a system is great! But setting it up can be a time consuming process.

Our Data setup team can assist with rates set up, reservation capture and importing your guest / agent contact lists so you can focus on making new bookings.

Are you signed up and ready to start? Our trainers can travel far and wide to offer a comprehensive 3 day training programme onsite. This establishes a foundational knowledge base for users to navigate around and use the system.

For additional training, our Support team can prepare and offer specialised training sessions via skype. Further onsite training can also be arranged at any time.
