Since ResRequest launched in 2001, our focus has remained clear: building powerful, dependable software that helps tourism businesses thrive. Today, we support over 1,000 specialist properties in 22 countries – and in the past year alone, more than 14.5 million guest nights have been booked through our platform.
We’re now taking a significant step forward. ResRequest is officially part of the Constellation Software group, through its specialised vertical software division, Volaris. Constellation is a global leader in software business growth, and shares our long-term view of building lasting, meaningful value for niche industries like ours.
Through this partnership, we’re aligning with a broader hospitality vision: creating an ecosystem of software tools purpose-built for experience-based and emerging market destinations. It’s a space we know well, and being part of this bigger plan enables us to scale our impact, expand our reach, and collaborate with like-minded specialists.
We’ve joined Omegro, a collection of software companies with deep roots in Africa, and are now working alongside the hospitality division of Adapt IT, Micros South Africa. Micros delivers trusted, industry-grade hospitality software to over 4,000 customers in 10 countries. Together, we’re combining strengths – bringing innovation and reliability to a market we care deeply about.
Our customers will continue working with the same ResRequest team, using the same tools, and receiving the same support and service we’ve always prioritised – now with added scale, resources, and strategic backing behind the scenes.
Alongside our Exco team – Jill Bennett-Howes (CEO), Mike Coppinger, Ntando Bhengu – we welcome our newest member, Reginald Sibeko, who joins us as both Exco representative and Director.
