Team Updates: New Chapters, Fresh Opportunities

It has been an eventful few weeks at ResRequest, with exciting changes taking shape across our teams – and, as those kitschy adverts would say, “but wait, there’s more!”

As part of our ongoing growth, we recently introduced Team Lead roles in both the Professional Services and Customer Engagement teams. After a process that opened up applications internally and externally, we’re proud to say the successful candidates come from within our own ranks. It’s always a special moment when we’re able to promote from within — not only recognising the expertise and dedication of our people but also reinforcing the value of building careers at ResRequest.

From 1 August 2025, Sharon stepped into the role of Team Lead for Professional Services, while Sharlene has taken on the Team Lead position in Customer Engagement. Both bring experience, energy, and a deep understanding of how our teams can thrive and continue to deliver meaningful results for our clients.

Reflecting on her new chapter, Sharon shared:

“As the newly appointed Professional Services Team Lead, my primary focus will be to drive operational excellence, support the growth and development of our team, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

A key priority for me is to foster an outcomes-driven culture-shifting our focus beyond outputs to the real impact and value we deliver for both clients and the business. With Duke joining us as the newest member of the team, I believe we are well-positioned to build on our strengths and deliver meaningful results.”

Sharon’s appointment opened the door for another internal move. After careful review, Duke will officially be joining the Professional Services team from 1 September 2025. Duke’s enthusiasm for this step is infectious and reflects the passion we love to see in our people:

While Duke prepares for his new role, Sharlene has embraced her new responsibilities within the Customer Engagement team. Known for her empathy and collaborative style, she is ready to bring her skills into client conversations and team support:
