2025 was a big one – packed with product releases, feature launches, road trips, trade shows, property visits, and plenty of great conversations along the way.
This year wasn’t only about what we built (and there was a lot of that). It was about seeing you in person, walking your properties, standing alongside you at industry events, and sharing a few laughs in between busy schedules. From shows and conferences to on-site visits, it was a pleasure to connect, learn, and celebrate the progress we’ve made together.
Behind the scenes, our team of ResRequest elves has been hard at work – and not just during office hours. While they work 365 days a year to keep your systems running smoothly, they’ve also been busy making the most of the moments in between: travelling, exploring, supporting one another, and enjoying life beyond the screen.

Together to Wrap Up 2025
We wrapped up 2025 by bringing the team together in one place to celebrate a year full of progress, connection, and shared wins.
Day one focused on reflection and recognition, with presentations, prizes, and photo shoots capturing the people and moments that defined the year. Day two added a festive twist, with a Santa-style village, friendly games, creative activities, and a team visit to the Upper Highway SPCA – a feel-good way to close the celebrations.

Tradeshows & Events
2025 saw us out and about again – back on the show floor, badges on lanyards, coffees in hand, and the occasional battle with unreliable Wi-Fi. From major industry tradeshows to regional events, we loved reconnecting in person, sharing ideas, and having real conversations beyond the screen.
Whether it was catching up with familiar faces or meeting new ones, every event gave us the chance to listen, learn, and showcase what we’ve been building. There’s nothing quite like face-to-face time to spark ideas, strengthen partnerships, and remind us why we love being part of this industry.
On-the-Ground Training – Where Learning Meets Real Life
In 2025, our POS and ResRequest training teams were on the move, delivering hands-on training directly at client sites across the region. From front desks to back offices, we turned real-world environments into practical learning spaces – helping teams get the most out of their systems, right where they use them every day.
Between live walkthroughs, whiteboard sessions, and plenty of great questions, these visits were all about clarity, confidence, and connection. Add a few memorable locations and the occasional Wi-Fi challenge, and it was a year of learning that truly went beyond the screen.
ResQuest – Adventures Beyond the Desk
One of the most exciting changes in 2025 was the evolution of ResFit into ResQuest – a way for our team to connect, explore, and recharge beyond day-to-day work. These gatherings brought the ResQuesters together around shared interests, from creative pursuits to great food, encouraging balance, wellbeing, and genuine connection.

Social Bees – Celebrating Life’s Special Moments
In 2025, our Social Bees kept the calendar full and the team connected, organising events that brought everyone together and added a little extra joy to the year. From casual catch-ups to bigger celebrations, they made sure there was always a reason to pause, smile, and connect.
One of the highlights? Having the absolute delight of celebrating four baby showers for team members this year – moments filled with laughter, excitement, and plenty of well-wishes. These gatherings reminded us that while we work hard together, we also celebrate life’s milestones together.
