    ResRequest is a comprehensive sales management system for lodges, camps and small boutique hotels. It incorporates reservations management, property management, customer relationship management and web bookings, with interfaces to external sales channels and to your accounting system, reservations management, property management, customer relationship management and web bookings, with interfaces to external sales channels and to your accounting system.If required, ResRequest supports distributed operating environments, enabling people to use the system both on and off the Internet, from different locations. Data is synchronised between the environments.Powerful reporting capabilities enable you to manage accounts receivable, report on tax liabilities, manage logistics, analyse business performance, review marketing/sales statistics, manage contacts and analyse business performance.There is a minimum product rental per month excluding Vat. When accommodation revenue is greater than a threshold amount per annum, we apply the formula shown in our price list.

    Rental includes the following:

    • All properties hosted in one system.
    • An unlimited number of people accessing the system.
    • Hosting of your system on our web server and on offline servers.
    • Free support according to the ResRequest support guidelines.
    • System upgrades as and when they become available. This includes refinements and enhancements to the core reservations management system installed.
    • Access to any Specialist agent using our ResConnect product. (Over 50 and the list is growing)
    • Connectivity to any of our Online Channel partners. (NightsBridge, SynXis, Expedia, Booking.com)
    • Connectivity to our Payment gateway partners. (Direct Pay Online, PayGate SA, Pesapal)
    • Connectivity to our front-of-house interfaces for Telephone and Point-Of-Sale systems. (TelTrace, Mann 3000 and PowerPos)
    • Connectivity to our Financial Interface partners. (Pastel, Evolution, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero)
    • Connectivity to our Guest Survey partners. (GuestRevu)
    • Use of ResNova, our website booking plugin.
  • What makes us unique?

    We specialise in a business management solution for single and multi-property or currency establishments to run their central reservations. The system is hosted on offline and web servers which synchronise at regular intervals to ensure online availability is accurate.Direct connections to numerous specialist agents and integrations to third-party software such as payment gateways, POS systems and accounting software are available. The system offers comprehensive reporting within all the modules.There is no sign-up fee or long term contracts and we discount implementation data set up costs.

    We have concessions for new properties and members of African Travel & Tourism Association (Atta) and Southern Africa Tourism Services Association (SATSA) or marketing groups.

    Lead time to opening
    Concession is $100 / R1000 for months prior to lodge opening, after which standard pricing applies.

    Implement from opening
    If ResRequest is implemented from the open date of the lodge, the first 3 months of rental is reduced by 50%.

  • What you need to know

    To qualify for a finder’s commission the following must apply:

    • The finder must have determined that the prospect does fit our client profile.
    • The finder must have identified the appropriate decision maker in the organisation.
    • That decision maker must have agreed for us to make contact.

    ResRequest will pay you commission on all sales concluded for principles / properties.The finder’s commission is the full product rental for one month.Commission will be payable as and when ResRequest receives payment from the client. Debt collecting is managed by the ResRequest accounts team only. For South African vendors, we ask that you provide a tax directive, or standard taxes will be applied prior to payment.In the event of a sale which was also sourced by a third party, who also expects a commission, the commission will be split.We will notify you of the commission amount in order for you to raise an invoice to us.Commission will be calculated in the currency in which the client is invoiced. If any currency conversion is required, such conversion will be calculated at the exchange rate ruling on the day that ResRequest received payment from the client.
